3 Bedroom Rate (up to 7 people) 2 Bedroom Rate (up to 4 people)

2 bedroom option is NOT available (only 3) for March 1-April 30,
June 15-August 31 and Thanksgiving through Jan 8.


Note: All rentals have a 7.125% transient accomodation tax and 4.167% general excise tax.

Payment Policy

$350 refundable deposit will be due at time of booking for either 2 or 3 bedroom rate and may be done on a credit card. The deposit will not be charged unless there are incidentals or if there is a cancellation. Cancellations within 60 days will forfeit their deposit. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to your stay.
