3 Bedroom Rate (up to 7 people)
- $460 per night, $3200 per week
- $350 refundable deposit
- $325 cleaning fee (nonrefundable)
- $375 per night, $2600 per week
- $350 refundable deposit
- $275 cleaning fee (nonrefundable)
2 bedroom option is NOT available (only 3) for March 1-April 30,
June 15-August 31 and Thanksgiving through Jan 8.
Note: All rentals have a 7.125% transient accomodation tax and 4.167% general excise tax.
Payment Policy
$500 refundable deposit will be due at time of booking for either 2 or 3 bedroom rate and may be done on a credit card. The deposit will not be charged unless there are incidentals or if there is a cancellation. Cancellations within 60 days will forfeit their deposit. Full rate will be due within 60 days of booking regardless of season.
